Who Am I?

I’m a tech hobbyist with over 14 years of hands-on experience in the ever-evolving MSP Industry. I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northumbria University, where delved deep into the science behind IT, project management, development, and networking methodologies. Not to brag, but I graduated with a 1st Class Honours.

My journey didn’t stop at Northumbria; I have obtained industry qualifications such as the title of Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), showcasing my expertise in Microsoft products. From Office certifications to Windows Server configurations, my commitment to staying on the cutting edge is more than just a hobby.

My Professional Journey

Currently donning the hat of a Solutions Architect at Aspire Technology Solutions in Gateshead, UK, my career trajectory has been nothing short of exhilarating. Starting as a 24/7 Engineer, I swiftly ascended through the ranks, leading the charge as the Senior Engineer for the Cloud Support Team and eventually becoming the Solutions Architect.

Before my stint at Aspire, I cut my teeth at Transcendit as an IT Support Engineer. From providing 2nd level technical support to managing projects and undertaking security analyses, I’ve navigated the intricate landscape of IT with finesse.
